Paradise Cove is a deed-restricted, lakefront community located about 60 miles north of Houston, Texas, in Coldspring, the county seat of San Jacinto County. We are on the south end of Lake Livingston. There are approximately 170 lots with nearly 60 homes. Our neighborhood includes a park with a beach, fishing pier, boat launch, boat storage area, and an outdoor pavilion. We have an active homeowners association with a strong interest in continued improvements.
