The Paradise Cove Architectural Control Committee (ACC) oversees the design, construction and remodeling of homes, garages, etc. in the community to ensure compliance with the Paradise Cove Deed Restrictions and PCPOA Bylaws. The ACC is currently composed of the chairperson, two members and an at-large member, each with voting authority. An RFA must be submitted prior to beginning work.
