Park access and use of park amenities requires that property owners sign a LIABILITY WAIVER. After signing the waiver, a security card will be issued. You are allowed two per family. If you need a new card or your card is deactivated, please contact Evelyn Winn . All subdivision dues/fees must be current. There is a $5.00 charge for a replacement card or cards requested over the two allotted.

Caution should be taken at our beach. There is no lifeguard so you will be swimming at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended. Watch for boats coming in and out of our boat launch. There is absolutely no overnight camping or building of campfires.

PLEASE OBSERVE THE 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT!! Protect our neighbors, children, pets, & wildlife.

Our park burn pile may no longer be used for anything except wood washed up from the beach area. This is due to major safety concerns that are regulated by law.

Activities are held throughout the year such as Halloween, 4th of July, Annual Crawfish Boil, and the New Year’s Fireworks. Activities will be listed under Events. Come join us!
