PCPOA General Membership Meeting (Agenda)

Elections will take place at this meeting. If you are interested in running for an open position, please email pcpoacoldspring@gmail.com with your name and the position you intend to run for by Monday, August 26, 2024 at 5 p.m. so that your name can be placed on the ballot. 

Open Officer Positions:

·  4 open positions, each serve a 1 year term, now through the annual July meeting:

o President

o Vice President

o Treasurer

o Secretary

Open Board of Director Positions:

• 1 open Board of Director position, serves a 3 year term

***Please note that all Paradise Cove property owners are entitled to vote, regardless of account status.***  

If you are unable to attend please complete a PROXY to ensure we have a quorum.
