Membership in the Paradise Cove Property Owners Association is mandatory for all homeowners.
Membership Dues are $25.00 per property owner per year, due January 1st. (This fee is applicable per property owner, not per lot.)
A Special Assessment of $325 per year per property owner is due August 1st.
Road Maintenance Fees of $20 per lot per month ($240 per lot per year) are due from all property owners.

There is a $200 fee for the POA to provide a Resale Certificate or Statement of Account. There is a $100 Transfer Fee for transfer of property ownership.
