One of the many things that makes Paradise Cove so special is our beautiful community park. The park holds a boat ramp, small beach, private fishing pier and community pavilion. 

Park Access

Park access and use of our park amenities require that property owners sign a LIABILITY WAIVER. After signing the waiver, a security key card will be issued. You are allowed two cards per family.

If you need a new card or your card is deactivated, please send an email to pcpoacoldspring@gmail.com to the attention of Evelyn Winn. All subdivision dues/fees must be current. There is a $5.00 charge for a replacement card.
